Do you accept referrals from agencies or case managers?

Yes. We welcome referrals from case managers, agencies and community programs. All referrals are reviewed to ensure appropriate placement.

Are medical or nursing services provided on-site?

No medical or nursing care is provided on-site. Program participants must be able to manage their own medications and healthcare needs independently.

Are utilities & furnishings included?

Yes. Utilities and basic furnishings are included. Specific details may vary by location and availability.

What is the cost for Safe Haven Living Housing?

Participants will pay a monthly housing fee that includes housing, utilities, and basic furnishings. Housing fees vary based on location, room availability, and individual placement needs. There is an additional one-time community/move-in fee that may be required at move-in. This fee supports onboarding, administrative costs, and shared household resources. Details are discussed during the screening and placement process.

How many people share a room?

Rooms are shared, typically accommodating two participants per room to promote affordability and community.

Is there a curfew or house rules?

Yes. All participants must follow established house guidelines, including quiet hours, cleanliness expectations, and respectful behavior.

Is this housing temporary or long-term?

Safe Haven Living offers flexible housing options based on availability and individual circumstances. Length of stay varies.

How quickly can someone move in?

Once screened and approved, move-in depends on availability and completion of required documents.
